So, far a fairly competent program but their support however is almost nonexistent! Really hit and miss! Recently I've sent them multiple emails through their support forum requesting help and reporting issues. They've been releasing updates and that seems to be helping with the issues thus far. Their recent version 5 has had some hiccups and has given me a good amount of trouble - primarily when connecting to Windows servers. I've been using this software for about a year now and for the most part it's worked pretty well.
